The collection revives the Rudi Gernreich brand through a collaboration with the London-based artist Adebajo Bolaji, a young contemporary artist but already internationally known for exhibiting in various galleries around the world. The capsule collection is inspired by the works of the artist, who uses mixed media and metaphorical language to give his message an almost frenetic energy: it is vibrant, full of colors, elaborate craft techniques, accompanied and reinforced by new technologies such as laser cuts, 3D prints and 3D renders. The garments are also designed with an ecological attitude in terms of reused, recycled and waste-free materials.
